I've updated the first three tracks, the Introduction, My Meditation
Practice and How to Use this Program and kept the meditations, Be Still,
Be Aware, Be Mindful, Be Vivid and the extra relaxation track, Be
Relaxed.
Why
did I re-release the cd? Over the years so many people told me they are
really challenged with the being still. The 10 minute meditations are
helpful with getting used to being still and learning techniques for
managing stress as well as living a balanced life. I consulted with my
learn and grow team and we agreed that a re-release would allow me to
share this information with more people under a title more fitting of
what the program is about, Be Still: Learn to Meditate in 10 Minutes a Day.
The
beauty of the internet is that more people can be exposed to tools that
can help them learn to design the lives they want. I'm offering online downloads of
