My meditation CD, Be Still: Learn to Meditate in 10 Minutes a Day is a re-release of my audio program, Meditation: Your First Steps under the new title, Be Still: Learn to Meditate in 10 Minutes a Day. I've updated the first three tracks, the Introduction, My Meditation Practice and How to Use this Program and kept the meditations, Be Still, Be Aware, Be Mindful, Be Vivid and the extra relaxation track, Be Relaxed.

Why did I re-release the cd? Over the years so many people told me they are really challenged with the being still. The 10 minute meditations are helpful with getting used to being still and learning techniques for managing stress as well as living a balanced life. I consulted with my learn and grow team and we agreed that a re-release would allow me to share this information with more people under a title more fitting of what the program is about, Be Still: Learn to Meditate in 10 Minutes a Day.

The beauty of the internet is that more people can be exposed to tools that can help them learn to design the lives they want. I'm offering online downloads of the Be Still as well the CD. I hope that you will take the time to understand the importance of silence in your lives and realize how silence can help you grow to the next level.
