What does being healthy mean to you? Being healthy means eating well, relaxing and managing stress, exercising regularly and celebrating life with family, friends and fellowship.

One of my favorite activities is salsa dancing!
Salsa dancing is a great way for me to have fun, fellowship with friends, stay fit, manage my stress and exercise regularly. As an added benefit I am learning Spanish. Que bueno ( How great!)

What do you move to?

I've made a commitment to do more cardio in my workouts so I've been riding the bike and walking on the treadmill. I enjoy salsa dancing as a form of exercise and fellowship. If I could dance salsa all the time that would be great. I am committed to do more cardio in other ways so that means I need a little help to keep me pumped up...
