What do I do to keep healthy? First and foremost, try to stay mentally positive! Everything I do supports maintaining a mentally positive attitude. This includes eating healthy, exercise, and associating with positive people. And as far as exercise, Barbara you know this includes dancing, especially salsa – you have first hand experience of my keeping you on the dance floor nonstop! In addition, with your positive attitude, I get two for the price of one with you. 🙂
Let me clarify my last comment regarding tired; it’s a good sense of a very good workout. The 3 cd’s time is about 90+ minutes, my heart rate is elavated by me incorporating my stairs and moving about the entire living and dining area. If you don’t have a gym membership this is a good way to break a sweat, put on your favorite music and dance and have fun!
Dance dance dance…..load up the old school cd’s and dance around my house. I do floor exercise on the slow songs. The end of my dance workout is usually the cupid shuffle the long version, after that I’m done………and tired.
