It’s been about 6 months or so since our last LIVE Meditation session. I’m still listening and staying in F.L.O.W (Feeling Loving Open Willing) and being obedient to the guidance I am grateful to receive. I know daily live sessions would not be sustainable, so I’m trying out these monthly practices.
I am excited about these sessions… I hope to see you there!

Feeling scattered, scared, or overwhelmed?
There is STILL a LOT going on in the world and life may feel surreal.
I’ll be offering six LIVE breathing & meditation sessions on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 8/1 – 8/26. You may purchase a single session or unlimited class sessions.
My LIVE Breathe with Barbara sessions are a mixture of my background and experience and may include these practices:
EFT (tapping)
Qigong or gentle movement
Forgiveness
Self-compassion
Self-love
Affirmations
Guided meditation
How can these sessions help?

In this 45 minute practice you will learn and practice breathwork and guided meditations to help you connect with your body, your breath, and your feelings. We will Breathe and Practice TOGETHER to help us practice staying grounded.

7:00 pm -7:05 pm – Arrive and settle in
7:05 pm -7:50 pm – Practice (may include EFT(tapping), guided meditation, breathwork, etc.)
7:50 pm – 8:00 pm -Q & A, review, reflect
* Incense, aromatherapy, burning candles are optional and may enhance your experience

Question: Do I need experience?
Answer: No, just willingness and the ability to breathe. 🙂
Question: What if I want to do more classes after I sign up for one session?
Answer: Lovely! Just let me know and I’ll give you credit for the session and upgrade you to the unlimited sessions.
Question: Do I need to dress a certain way?
Answer: Be comfortable and try to limit your distractions if possible
